Ancient carol from Piae Cantiones
(made famous for the mid 20th century by Steeleye Span!).
This is my arrangement for our community choir, but transposed down a third here for the dwsChorale
The score, in the original key and with optional piano accompaniment, can be downloaded here

Refrain:
Gaudete! gaudete! Christus est natus ex Maria virgine, gaudete!

Bass solo:
Tempus adest gratiae, hoc quod optabamus;
carmina laetitiae devote reddamus.

Soprano solo:
Deus homo factus est, natura mirante;
mundus renovatus est a Christo regnante.

Bass solo:
Ezechielis porta clausa pertransistur;
unde lux est orta, salus invenitur.

Soprano solo:
Ergo nostra contio psallat iam in lustro;
Benedicat Domino; salus regi nostro.

[Literal translation]

Refrain:
Rejoice! Rejoice! Christ is born of the Virgin Mary, Rejoice!

Bass solo:
The time of grace has come, the time we longed for;
let us devoutly offer songs of gladness.

Soprano solo:
God is made human and nature looks on in wonder;
the world is renewed by Christ who reigns

Bass solo:
The gate of Ezechiel that was closed
has been pierced; light shines from it and salvation is found.

Soprano solo:
So our gathering now sings in purity; May the Lord be blessed, salvation to our king.
